Washington, DC – May 29th, 2007 — DISCOURSE PUBLICATIONS announced today the launch of GW Discourse, The Political Science Quarterly. The publication was inspired by the need to form a venue where student perspectives on the pressing domestic and international issues of the day could be presented. With this goal in mind, the magazine will focus mainly on American Politics, International Relations, and Political Theory and Philosophy.
Operating on a quarterly publication schedule, the first issue will be available in print on June 21, 2007 and will be showcased to George Washington University students, parents, faculty, and administrators during the summer at all 5 sessions of the University’s award-winning Colonial Inauguration program.
Although the first print issue will be exclusively available to members of the University community in Washington, D.C., the magazine’s content will be available to all interested readers because Discourse Publications will be simultaneously launching the official website at www.gwdiscourse.com.
