GW Discourse's Editorial Board

Editor-in-Chief: Greg Rosen
Greg Rosen is a Junior in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in History in the Six-year BA/JD Program. Rosen previously served Editor of the International Affairs section and was appointed Editor-in-Chief by Co-Founder and President Christopher Wimbush in June of 2007. In addition to his participation in GW Discourse, Greg is actively involved in George Washington University’s Colonial VIP Program and the College Republicans. He has served in numerous professional roles from the US Secret Service to the White House and even the National Security Archives. His interests lie in military and defense strategies, East Asian politics, and Cold War histories. In addition, Greg is a jingoistic New York Mets fan and is looking forward to the rest of the 2007 season!

Managing Editor: Tim Little
Timothy Little is a junior in the Elliot School of International Affairs, majoring in International Politics and Political Science with a minor in Philosophy (Applied Ethics). He was formerly a staff writer for the Domestic Affairs and Political Theory & Philosophy  sections and was appointed Managing Editor by Greg Rosen in June of 2007. While at GW, he has been an active member of the campus community serving in the Student Association, Residence Hall Association, International Affairs Society, and the Philosophy Club. Tim is a former U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate intern and actively participates in policy conferences in the DC area.

Editor, International Politics: David Springer
David Springer is a senior studying Public Policy and International Affairs. His focus is on Europe and transnational security issues and he has a keen interest in journalism on these topics.  In addition to contributing to the Discourse, he has held several positions around Washington in related fields

Editor, Domestic Affairs: Seth Weinstein

Seth Weinstein is a senior in the Columbian College of Arts &
Sciences, majoring in political science and history. In addition to
his participationg in GW Discourse, Seth is a member of the Alpha
Epsilon Pi Fraternity and Republican Jewish Coalition. He has served
in numerous professional roles as a Congressional Intern for
Congressman Eric Cantor, researcher for the Citizens Against
Government Waste, and as personal assistant to Congressional candidate
David McSweeney in the 2006 midterm elections. His interests are
taxes, government spending, and Constitutional rights.

 

Editor, Political Theory & Philosophy: Anthony Cartelli
Anthony C. Cartelli was born in New York City and raised in Nassau County, New York. He will be graduating in 2011 from the Elliot School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, majoring in International Affairs. His interests include politics, philosophy, current events, history, traveling, and photography.

Deputy Managing Editor for DC/GWU Affairs: Hope Ditto
Hope Ditto is a sophomore in the School of Media and Public Affairs, majoring in Political Communication.  Besides writing for the Discourse, Hope is the Special Events chair of her sorority and a 2007 Experience D.C. guide.  She enjoys journalism, politics, and exploring the District in her spare time.
